Human Resources Senior Business Partner

Michele Lewis is a Senior HR Business Partner for Talbot and Global Financial Lines at AIG.  She is responsible for partnering with business leaders to develop and deliver people strategies that support organisational priorities, enable transformation and drive business performance.

Michele has more than 20 years of HR experience across the Finance and Professional services sectors.  She has extensive experience in developing and implementing people strategies that build organisational capability, support growth and lead business transformation.  Michele has a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
